Daniel was on time and professional. The team at BDS have been phenomenal!

While it’s early stages in my engagement with Big Dog I have been incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and thoroughness! My solar install was done by another company who packed up and left town and basically left me high and dry with a system that was working at best at a third capacity. I’m looking forward with the partnership with Big Dog to not only get the system back online but more importantly the long term partnership for years to come! I’m my experience when you have highly quality people it usually means a high quality company!

Ulises was great and contacted me prior to arrival arrival. They worked as a team to find the leak and repaired it in a timely manner.

This has been a very great experience. We loved Ryker, who explained everything completely for the roof panels / Solar and then Daniel that came over and took pictures in the attic as well as the roofing area. He was very informative.He told us exactly what he was going to do ,arrived on time and came to the door to let us know when he was finished and leaving. 2 very lovely young men. I did send him away with some water and Gatorade. This has just been a wonderful experience from the on site gentleman to all the office staff. Everybody has been so helpful with wonderful customer service. Very refreshing !! I would definitely recommend Big Dog to anyone.

Because we are not as tech savvy as the younger generation, we had a little trouble with explaining what we needed, but Big Dog’s man, John Roberts, was patient and helped us with everything. Thank you, John. We do wish there was an office with a human to talk to here in Grand Junction, Colorado. Thanks for everything, John Jacki

Great experience with Big Dog, friendly and informed customer service throughout the installation process, which in total took less than 2 months from start to finish. Omar, our sales representative has been particularly helpful as a resource - extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining things along the way. Would recommend Big Dog

The preliminary visit with Daniel from Big Dog solar went great. Daniel was incredibly professional, he explained what he was doing, what he needed to see and asked if we had any questions once he was finished. Nice guy!
