They were dishonest about the facts of the credit with taxes and insisted even though it says tax credit it was actually a check in hand to pay back to the loan company in order to maintain our monthly payment! TWO different agents confirmed it wasn't credit but a check in hand! They were dishonest about the production of the solar panels. They were dishonest about the time frame it takes. They were dishonest about the entire cost. They were dishonest about the monthly payments. We made a giant mistake allowing them to guilt us back into a contract after cancelling the first one! They sent in a guy called the fixer who convinces people with lies to get back into a contract when they back out! The employees they have are not educated on the steps either! I honestly don't recommend anybody go through with solar through them! On top of all of this it took over 4 weeks for them to schedule the inspection when they said it would be done in 7-10 business days! I had to deal with it all while I had twin infants in NICU because we were paying for something that wasn't even working! They also tried pocketing $860 of ours! We had decided to upgrade our electrical box and they sent a guy here to fix only the switch and wasn't going to say a word to me I had to call them out on it in order to get them to refund the amount! The guy they sent had to work with a local electrical company because they didn't order the correct part on TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS! The workers they used were very kind but could not speak English which resulted in me signing documents that was meant for my husband to sign! Oh they also put my husband makes 3x what he actually makes in order to get the loan approved and kept saying they didn't need income verification! They also didn't even get my address correct on the documents! Proceed with caution! Edited to add we now pay double what our monthly electrical bill was and soon will be paying triple since we were not given the 30% to put back on the loan! There are also 4 other people in the same town as I am that were also lied to and manipulated!
