We took a workshop here and Patricia was so kind and funny! We learned a ton, and she made sure it was accessible for my sister who is in a wheelchair. 10/10. Great experience!

Chouette atelier, bien pour les grands groupes.

I only had the hot chocolate a few days ago to warm myself up when I visited Brussels. It tasted more like milk than chocolate — perhaps due to a low amount of chocolate — and I was expecting better, especially since Belgium is known for its quality chocolates and chocolate drinks. The lady cashier was lovely, gave a warm greeting, and knew the chocolate products well, describing them to every customer — I noticed the same with others who arrived with me. The shop itself is delightful, with a welcoming ambiance and beautiful décor.

Très bons chocolats, Elisa était très gentille

The chocolate I bought was moldy. The manager Pavel was horrible . He was so rude to me and even his staff he treated like sheep. Never again ! Don’t go !!! Better places in Brussels to buy chocolates

We took a Chocolate Making Class here... It was fun and interesting. But being a reviewer I suppose I should have read the reviews of others before we booked our class. We did not have a horrible experience... we learned how to make Chocolate... simply & deliciously
