Most airlines use clickbait and tries to extract maximum money from the customers, Citiair travels advocates for the passengers on can rely on. They had set the good benchmark and removed most of the hassle in ticket search without compromising on the deals. It is much better to book through them rather than on direct website or fancy travel sites (they collect data and jack up the prices).
Kudos to the team, they are very professional, understand the needs and share best quotes. I did not believe a booking a travel through agency will better option but it proved me wrong with citiair travels.
I would thank Murugan for patiently understanding the needs, shared the multiple desired options on preferred airline. He is kind, polite, cool and does right work to finalize the plan. I strongly recommend to people who wants reduce hassles.

Cancelation is big scam with these guys. Due to airline route change, i asked for cancellation. They asked me to pay Airline penalty(250$) 110$ as processing charge per ticket(Which 440$ for 4.) This 440$ is on top of airline penalty. Please be careful before you book.
