I have had a terrible experience with this company. We have been going in circles for weeks on picking up containers that were paid for. We hired a driver and chassis to go pick up the container that we were told was ready, only to be waiting at the yard for hours because they can not find our container. No customer service support and we are still without a container. We are now losing money on the driver we hired AND painters we hired as they are refusing to release our container. Absolutely shocking service

I ordered a container on May 6 and was told it would arrive by the 9th, or at the latest the 11th.
I hadn't heard anything a week later, so I reached out last asking for an update. It took 2 days to get a response. I was told it would be early the next week before they would call to schedule delivery.
This same thing happened again 4 more times.
Here we are 3 1/2 weeks after ordering and I called for an update. I went through the phone tree and tried each department, just trying to get anyone to answer.
Finally finance answered, but when I said I needed to schedule delivery or they needed to issue a refund, the finance girl hung up on me. I dont think she could do anything and decided she was done working for the week.
I planned ahead a full month, but they failed to deliver when they said they would. They never communicated to me. I had to ask what was going on, only to have the responses be inaccurate.
I gave up after a month and demanded a refund. I was told they would get back to me about the refund next week.
I tried being patient. Even today I offered to schedule delivery OR initiate the refund. They still put me off to next week.

Jose Tejeda IS THE BEST DRIVER EVER!!! HE NAVIGATED THROUGH VEGETATION, BACKED IN TO A HARD-TO-REACH CORNER, AND PLACED THE CONTAINER ON PIERS FOR US. Thank you so much Jose Tejeda, 100/10 recommend! Super style points on driving and backing into our thinnest driveway! You rock!!!

Our company did 20 shipments for them and they are ignoring all calls to collect the money.

Horrible 0 customer service you will be charged and get no container ever. You will fight to get your money back. Read the real 1 star reviews all others are fake bots. I got receipts I went to the better business bureau. Don’t fall for it they will reschedule and reschedule. I still haven’t gotten my refund and never got a container order I made in April 2026.
