Good ordering process and fast to charge your credit card. After that it is a challenge to get anyone to answer a question accurately or give a realistic date on delivery. Nearly 5 months since ordering, 3 months since projected arrival date and still can't get a straight answer. Multiple promised return calls that never happen, ignored emails, promised completion dates 6 weeks ago. Please give yourself months to a year for lead times and don't expect any real support. The people are good people and try but the company appears broken in its ability to get anything done.
