I wish their store hours were accurate. I drove here on a flat because it was three mins from my home and I don’t have triple A. I was hoping they could give me a new tire, but instead I was met with the door being locked and no one answering the phone. I now can’t drive anywhere else without risk of damaging my rim, and am currently sitting outside of their establishment trying to decide my next move. Thanks for nothing Bay Tires.

Jeni was very nice and patient with me, especially when I had to reschedule multiple times for pick up. She kept me updated on everything. I really appreciate her patience.
Chris was nice and efficient and got the Connex right out with no issues. I appreciated him telling me there was a dead rabbit under where the Connex was so that I could keep my dog away from it.

Great service got a great deal on an almost new tire for half the price of a fancy place. James was great fast service and was careful with my rims !!This spot is hidden but has lots to offer !!!

Jim came through for me in a clutch! Saved me tons of money. I was looking at over $2.5k in fees from Tesla Leasing bc my tires were too worn at lease maturity. Jim ended up getting me a full set of Tesla approved replacement tires in 2 days for a LOT less than $2.5k. If your lease is up and you might be facing a big bill for worn tires, call Jim and save some money like I did. And he knows his tires!
