Once the driver made it to the site his installation was great. Put it right where we needed it and took away old container as planned. Delivery took longer than expected.

The dispatcher Jeni was great and saved the overall positive experience I had. There were two weeks of “bumps in the road” post my original order and Jeni was able to help solve some of the issues. The deliver driver, and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, or don’t remember, was awesome. He had skill and expertise at driving and positioning the trailer to drop it right where it needed to be. I’m not sure where the problems arose after the sale, but in the end all is good.

Extremely poor communication

Placed an order, delivery scheduled for yesterday. Confirmed via email and they even charged my card all while promising delivery on 9/10. 9/10 comes, no contact. I had to reach out to them to ask what was going on and was given a vague answer about a broken lift and potential sourcing of the container from a different yard. No update for hours afterward on whether or not that was happening. When I reached out this morning they told me delivery wouldn’t happen until the 15th. 5 days later than promised and 6 days after they charged my credit card. Very disappointed with this company.
