Run away! They will take your money and deliver nothing. They have basically 0 customer service. No number you call will answer you. Horrible experience they took my money and havent refunded me. It’s been over 3 weeks since I paid them and no container or refund maybe 3 emails from them after I called every number they have. Horrible.

Price reasonable, delivery quick but pickup has been a nightmare. Going on 6 weeks now since I have notified them it was ready for pickup, they told me it could be up to 30 days and I would only get a notification 1 day ahead of time and that they will continue charging me until it’s picked up. They have missed that window and communication has been spotty at best. I have had to delay projects on my side because of this and am going to have to figure out how to start charging them for storing it at this point.

The driver was efficient in his pick up and delivery of the container. He so precisely maneuvered the container from pick up to dropping it on the spot. And the dispatcher Amira also communicated very well the timing of the driver's arrival. Thank you Conexwest!!!

Stay far away from Conexwest. I returned my container in Davis, CA on July, 2025, and received a pickup confirmation stating billing would stop. Instead, their system continued to hit my credit card every single month for EIGHT MONTHS after the equipment was back in their yard. The only reason they finally stopped charging me is because my credit card expired in March 2026. Since then, they have been bombarding me with 'unpaid balance' notices and invoices for equipment they picked up nearly a year ago. I have sent numerous emails with proof of return, and they are completely ignored. This is not just a 'system bug'; it is predatory and fraudulent. I am filing formal reports with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the California Attorney General. If you value your financial security, do not give this company your payment information. They will not stop charging you even after the service is over.

The drop off was great. The driver was professional. Everything else was a nightmare. They tell you they will contact you after you schedule delivery. I had scheduled for a Friday after ordering on Monday. No word by Tuesday. I reached out to them. Was told someone would contact me. No word by Thursday. Contacted them again. No word on Friday. Completely missed the delivery window without contacting me even after I called them and told them I needed a dispatcher to be in contact. The next week I called them again, was told customer service would call me. They didn’t. Finally I get an email saying they are delivering to Wyoming…. The delivery was for California. I wish I could say it ended there but it didn’t. This dance went back and forth for a total of 6 times over a week and a half by phone and email. When we finally did get it scheduled they really didn’t care at all about their ineptitude. I was told a manager would call me. They didn’t.
