Probably fine if you just need a box, but do not trust their Refrigeration division. I needed a reefer box, and bought one from them based on multiple written assurances that it came with a 5-year warranty on new cooling machinery. The unit arrived with multiple issues, the company has been a nightmare to get a hold of for years, and they are refusing to honor their warranty.

Chris delivered our Connex container and did just a fantastic job. This is from Connex West exactly what we ordered placed it easily in our yard where I wanted it and I just can’t say enough about a smooth easy transaction. It’s also nice. Will you have a strange delivery person coming to your house that they are skilled talented Platt courteous and a pleasure to work with and Chris was all of that.

We got a shipping container dropped off last week full of dirt. We had all the employees cleaning it. I emailed the company to tell them they said tough luck. Goodbye. The next time I need a container. I’m definitely not coming here again.

Angel Rodriguez dropped off our office. We spent many weeks leading up to the delivery trying to figure out the logistics on how they will be able to navigate the tight turns and narrow road. We were surprised how easy he made it. Furthermore, the office was facing the wrong direction and when we told him that he had a positive can do attitude. Overall great experience.
