I ordered a container on May 6 and was told it would arrive by the 9th, or at the latest the 11th.
I hadn't heard anything a week later, so I reached out last asking for an update. It took 2 days to get a response. I was told it would be early the next week before they would call to schedule delivery.
This same thing happened again 4 more times.
Here we are 3 1/2 weeks after ordering and I called for an update. I went through the phone tree and tried each department, just trying to get anyone to answer.
Finally finance answered, but when I said I needed to schedule delivery or they needed to issue a refund, the finance girl hung up on me. I dont think she could do anything and decided she was done working for the week.
I planned ahead a full month, but they failed to deliver when they said they would. They never communicated to me. I had to ask what was going on, only to have the responses be inaccurate.
I gave up after a month and demanded a refund. I was told they would get back to me about the refund next week.
I tried being patient. Even today I offered to schedule delivery OR initiate the refund. They still put me off to next week.
