Deuterman Law Group reviews

My experience with Deuterman Law Group was amazing. 0%-100% P&T. A grueling 4 year experience to go through but we prevailed! My attorney, Chris Stevens, and paralegal, Carly Presnell, are great folks; they were very down to earth, professional, empathetic; and almost always available to speak to via phone, and in-person appointments. They made the process so much easier. I must add that the paralegal I was paired up with (Carly) went above and beyond to work with me, listen, empathize, give me the facts, and file everything properly and on time; she treated like a human and not just a number. This was a great team to deal with. Thank you, Deuterman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Addition, the ONLY bad experience I had on 2/2 occasions, because Carly was unavailable these two times, so I had to deal with a different paralegal, Kyasia Wheeler, who was very rude, abrasive, and had an smug attitude, wouldn't listen to me, kept over-talking me, and just had a very mean, unpersonable demeanor in which I had to pursue a complaint on with my attorney. We just didn't mix well together... The solution we came up with was that any time Carly wasn't available I was to be patched over to Amber (paralegal), who was a sweetheart and very professional. But other than this horrible experience of dealing with Kyasia, which almost caused me to seek a different law firm at the time, my experience overall is very accurately dictated/depicted above.
