5 stars for results. Claire and her team helped me increase my rating from 10% to 100% P&T in less than a year.
3 stars for communication. I only spoke to Claire once. Any other time I asked for her, I got stonewalled by paralegals. I always had to contact the firm first. I only heard from them once decisions came back and it was days after I received the electronic decision letter.
Overall: I am pleased with their service and I highly recommend them. I am confident they did everything by the book. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Give them a call today!

I worked as a delivery driver and broke my arm on the job. I was informed by my workplace that I was only going to receive worker's compensation checks for a few months and would have had to go back into work while still in the process of doing physical therapy with no further compensation beyond that, despite not being physically capable of the same job due to the injury.
I reached out to Deuterman and they took over communication with the worker's comp representatives and extended the duration of my worker's compensation checks while I healed, along with managing everything behind the scenes, and even granted me a settlement with the company that I would not have received otherwise. I'm deeply grateful for all the hard work they put in, especially to my paralegal, Hannah, who stayed in communication with me during the entire situation and kept me informed whenever there was an update in my case, as well as any next steps in the process, and was constantly contacting other parties (insurance, worker's compensation, etc) on my behalf! I'm also grateful to my attorney, Jack, who was dealing with the case itself.
Without their help, I wouldn't have been able to manage everything on my own and would have had a fraction of the financial support compared to what I ended up receiving! Even when nearing the end of my case and I noticed an issue where worker's compensation was erroneously not applied to some of my doctor's visits, they worked hard on making sure everything was taken care and ended up being billed properly so that I didn't end up being stuck with that financial obligation.
