When I contacted the Law Firm for the first time they were very friendly, The Secretary let me know the process and helped with the with any and all questions I had plus the ones my wife had. The lawyer was very friendly, helped with what I needed to make claims for and how that process would work going forward, she was very knowledgeable about the VA Claims process. The legal secretary was in constant contact during the process and helped me get the proper ratings for all of my medical issues'. Whenever I had questions about different letters I received from the VA the legal assistant always seemed to have the correct answers. When I first started the process I thought about going through one of the other agencies, it just didn't feel right, working with your company has been a pleasurable experience, even after I received my full rating they have continued to work on some of the ailments I have been dealing with and I am so happy for getting a rating for my back that I have been dealing with issues with for many years. I truthfully thought once I got to 100% you would stop helping with the process I was so wrong. Thank you so very much for not only helping me but the assistance you have provided to so many other worthy Veterans.

Deuterman Law Group really cares about helping me. I had a car accident from someone running the red light... I almost died. I am getting better day by day. Rachel is an amazing woman inside and out while juggling being a mother of four children she isn't afraid of a challenge or the ability of multitasking and always no matter what kind of day good or bad dealing with impatient and rude clients she always keeps a smile and friendly aditude towards the next client!!! How she can manage all the task, stress and gets the job done is amazing! She most definitely will go the extra mile above and beyond to get the job done with a smile in her voice to make everyone a priority case no matter the challenge!!! I honestly don't know how she gets through the day as hard as she works only to go home to being a mother of four children!!! She will get the job done as she always puts others 1st before herself!!!! So just relize that a case may take a long time just know your in amazing and excellent hands when it comes to Rachel!!! Also her team will always back her or take a call if she is on another call, no matter what Rachel and her team are the best team to work with!!! They won't stop fighting for you either!!!
