Dream Home Achieved Thanks to an Incredible Team!
Buying a home is never simple, and my journey definitely had a few bumps in the road, but thanks to the amazing team at Direct Rate, I’m now settled into my dream home.
Cynthia, my loan officer, was absolutely essential throughout the process. Her patience, knowledge, and calm demeanor made all the difference. Cory worked some serious magic to get me a phenomenal rate—I’m still amazed! Chase, the in-house insurance agent, was incredibly knowledgeable and made what could’ve been a confusing process surprisingly smooth. And Ponch—what can I say? As the owner and overseer, his commitment and support was clear from the very beginning. He keeps the ship running strong and truly looks out for his clients.
Sarah, the loan originator, was very informative and knowledgeable about the market, and she played a key role in getting the ball rolling. While there were a few challenges along the way, the team’s combined effort ensured that everything came together in the end.
I’m beyond grateful to everyone who played a part in making this happen. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home. You’ll be in great hands!

Thanks to Direct Rate we were able to get approved for our home! We were turned down by multiple lenders prior and Direct Rate got the job done for us. Ponch and his team are amazing, they go above and beyond to ensure that you get approved for your home! David was our acting loan officer and his communication/service was second to none. He is very skilled and is able to navigate through any challenges thrown his way. Buying and getting approved for a home can be very stressful and hectic but thanks to Direct rate it was smooth sailing and we are happy to say we now have our dream home!
