At all times the staff at DP conveyancing were professional and efficient. When they said that they would do something, they did it! Emma was friendly and patient through what was a difficult 'stop/start' sale. She was far superior to our estate agents and it always felt that she was doing her best to help and advise us. DP Conveyancing were so efficient in dealing with our sale. We had had a bad experience with our separate purchase with another Solicitor so this was so refreshing to have no worries and that DP dealt with the queries swiftly and had everything in hand. We were able to speak over the phone as need arose and when our conveyancer was off, any issues were dealt with by another conveyancer without any delays. The whole process was made much easier by their professionalism and by Emma who dealt with our sale. An easy 5 stars and would use DP Conveyancing again.

I’ve recently been through a challenging property journey, with a few unfortunate situations one that resulted in me changing the property I was buying partway through the process. Despite the setbacks, Debbie has been absolutely fantastic.

As first time buyers and having heard countless warnings and stories from other people about conveyancing solicitors, we were fully prepared for 3-6 months of stress, chasing up, delays, and seemingly endless back and forth.
However, DP Conveyancing were absolutely fantastic, we didn't have to chase for anything at all and were kept up to date at every stage without ever asking. I am reliably informed that this is almost unheard of, so thanks very much to Shanine and the team for a fantastic experience!
I should add that DP were the most expensive conveyancing quote we received, but we have no regrets as it has very much been a case of "you get what you pay for"!
