DP Conveyancing were great in dealing with my house sale, especially due to our time sensitivity. Debbie and her team gave clear and efficient instructions to always ensure we were one step ahead. There were no hidden extra charges even though she was often having to chase the buyers solicitors, brokers and lenders. Debbie made sure we could exchange contracts and complete on the same day which I am sure made things more complicated for her but I was very grateful for this. I really appreciate Debbie’s efficiency, especially on the day of completion as she kept in regular contact all day ensuring everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend DP Conveyancing

As a first time buyer, I was told that dealing with solicitors was the most stressful part of buying a house, but Sharon, Angela, and the team at DP Conveyancing made my buying experience very straightforward. They were very quick to respond to queries, were good at keeping me updated as each step happened (the online progress portal was great!), and very clear in explaining anything I didn't understand. There was a slight hiccup on the other solicitor's side towards the end of the process but Sharon dealt with this and made sure everything was fully sorted for me moving in. The whole process was pretty quick. I'd definitely recommend DP Conveyancing to any other first time buyers, and will definitely be back in touch when it's time to move on!
