Bought a Ford f150 from Drive Nation in Prince Albert June 6, 2025 and we were unfortunately sold a lemon. Within a little over six weeks of ownership the truck needed a new alternator which we were told by the dealership they would not fix it or help us and now we find out the motor will have to be replaced. The truck has been sitting undriveable longer than we have had a chance to use it or cause any of the issues it’s plagued with, this has been unnecessary financial and emotionally stressful.

Service was good for most part, was a bit of up and down with papers and having to show up 3-4 times being told they were ready then getting there and they were not . Got told i would get reimbursed car payment that come out from traded vehicle then weeks later they said I wasn’t after everything. Was finalized , also told me if I brought someone for referral they would give me a 1000$ so ended up getting my wife to also go through them then they gave me 500$ instead of 1000 as they stated a week prior and pretended like they never said that! Other then the lieing to get customers and the unorganized situations that had me come back and fourth to there car shop 3 times the service was alright and the people that got me, my wife and my son into rides did exactly what we came for. I’d say shop at your own risk . My first time going to them was a treat this time it all seemed a bit shady the way things were done ! I will not be going back and nor will my family. Prefer honest salesmen
