Great place for clean and healthy food! Vivian is so kind and does amazing job helping pick the meals!

Highly recommend the entrees at fit life foods. A great way to ensure a healthy diet without all of the food prep. I get the “L” portions for my husband as the servings are quite substantial. The store associates are so friendly and knowledgeable. Great addition to your healthy lifestyle.

This company is amazing! The food is always fresh, healthy, and actually tastes great. Big shoutout to Rick — he’s super friendly, helpful, and really makes the whole experience even better. You can tell he cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I just wanted to shout out Brooke at the Boca raton location . She always greets me and my family members with kindness and excitement. She is always very knowledgeable on the meals fitlife provides and nutritional value of each meal when providing assistance in picking meals for myself during the work week as well as offering assistance in maintaining my fit goals and what that looks like when using fitlife foods.

Best prepared meal service out there. I highly recommend a it to everyone out there that don’t want to sacrifice quality and taste.
