I bought items here including men’s trunks (£13), SEALED / UNOPENED / NEVER USED, wrong size. I came back ONLY to exchange — I didn’t even ask for refund.
Floor Manager GRANT was extremely rude, aggressive, shouted at me, refused to listen. He treated me differently, spoke down to me, and was clearly racist — I saw him speak nicely to white customers right after.
I showed my bank statement proof of purchase — he said “I don’t care, I do what I want”. He humiliated me, made me feel unwelcome and unsafe.
This is NOT just bad service — it is ILLEGAL RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. Primark should not employ people like Grant. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you are from a minority background — you will be mistreated.
