I never thought I would be able to find what I needed within my budget. Not only was I able to with Sherri's help, but my expectations were so far surpassed I'm still thrilled every day with the selections she helped me find (and I was super picky!). The installation was wonderful - very professional and personable. The entire experience was one that I would do all over again. I whole-heartedly would recommend Factory Carpet Outlet to everyone.

This year have use factory carpet outlet three times. Why its family business and they treat you very nicely, First time I did not buy but came back on Saturday with my G CAME THREE TIMES TO grandson an purchase my first flloors No pressures. they had tons to choices. Did not show me high prices but ask about price level showed me so many products.With in my price line, Anthony install my floors. He work is ass off and did great graet job.

We had an amazing experience with Factory Carpet Outlet. It started at the warehouse with Michelle doing everything possible in helping us find just the right carpet, Next was installation with Kyle who would not leave until it was 100% perfectly installed. Lastly a HUGE THANK YOU to GUY (the owner) in making sure all of our needs were meet! This is a GREAT place to do business with.
