My Dad became a resident in Independent Living at The Forum about 10 months ago. He was very happy with his apartment. He enjoyed meeting other residents and catching up with friends who were already living at The Forum. He enjoyed activities such as bingo, choir and OSU pep rallies. He attended Mass streamed from St. Timothy Church. The staff was wonderful to him as well as welcoming to us, his family. It is a true community. Sadly, my Dad passed away a few weeks ago. While we miss him, we are grateful that he had a happy home at The Forum.

My husband has been there here for almost three years and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. They took him in with open arms and have become our second family. Great food, activities, and communication!!

When my siblings and I had to make the difficult decision to move our mother out of her home of many years, we were determined to find a residence that could maintain her independence while also providing us with the reassurance that our mothers' health and safety would be improved while her quality of life was maintained. After visiting quite a few places, we found Park Summit and my impressions were that it would provide the environment and services that we were looking for. After our mother has been there nearly a month, we are very happy with our choice. We are seeing her adapting exceptionally well to her new environment and she is getting involved with many of the activities that Park Summit offers to their residents. We are seeing her very happy in her new surroundings and we are comforted by seeing her in a safer environment where the staff is both caring and professional in their interactions with our mother and all other residents we have seen.

My father, John relocated to The Forum of Knightsbridge last fall. He loved his 1 bedroom independent living apartment and patio overlooking the landscaped green space. He often expressed that he moved to a “country club” and savored the food and dining options. He quickly made many new friends and regularly attended bingo and evening activities; especially the musical concerts like Elvis and OSU Alumni band performances.
We were comforted to know that he was truly engaged with residents and staff alike. Forming fast friendships. Although Dad recently passed away due to age related health issues, it brings me joy knowing how much he enjoyed his short time at the Forum. Their staff genuinely cared and made a point to get to know their residents. As he shared with me …. this is like “heaven.” Knowing how much he liked living there brings me happiness.

I’ve volunteered at Morningside at Belgrade for about ten years and have been impressed with the facility as a whole: its friendly, helpful staff; its lovely building; its delicious food; competent and attentive medical personnel; and its cleanliness. And I’ve NEVER smelled that frequent unpleasant smell one sometimes encounters when visiting a facility that serves senior citizens. Morningside so impressed me that I have recently moved a family member into their memory care unit. The move was tricky with everything that could go wrong happening on the day of the move. The MS staff were patient and accommodating; and the cheerful acceptance we received when we finally arrived was unexpected and very appreciated! I’m sold on Morningside.

I moved my 91-year-old Mother-in-Law to Home Place in early March, as she was in a state of decline. From the moment I asked about availability, the entire staff was readily available to answer my questions and provide advice. Great experience!!
