My Mother got to live at Park Square Manor for 2 years. We wish it could have been longer. The staff are all so loving and caring, and always go above and beyond. The residents were so friendly and welcoming. It's definitely a family atmosphere. I always felt my Mother was safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend Park Square Manor to anyone who is looking for a loving, caring, and fun community to be part of.

Justin has been absolutely wonderful in making our family feel welcomed at Five Star from the moment we walked through the door. He’s shown incredible patience with all of our questions, calls, and texts—always responding with kindness and care.His great sense of humor has truly made us feel like part of the Five Star family. What really stood out was when he went out of his way to personally retrieve paperwork from my father’s doctor’s office. That level of dedication and commitment speaks volumes about the care Five Star provides.We’re so grateful to have found a place like this for my dad!

The staff showed me at a very rough time that there are people and communities that know how to engage and meet elders where they are. I am so grateful for their compassion, joy, and respect. Rafael, Fajila, and Barbara are amazing.

Visiting my mom again and wanted to express my gratitude. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. It was well cooked and the portions were just right.

My review will piggyback my sister's review. However, my experience is personal to me. In searching for a new home for our mother, we had certain criteria. Aspenwood has checked all the boxes...beautiful esthetics, spacious living quarters and an efficient, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind leadership and staff. The exact place we want for our mother.

I only toured the facility while looking for an apartment for my father. The place is immaculate! It, in no way, feels like a senior living building. I visited a 1 bedroom apartment with the sunroom and was amazed by the spaciousness. Amenities, so many! If all works out, my father will be a resident.

Just signed a lease for my mother and feel incredibly comfortable about choosing this facility, all thanks to Justin. He went out of his way to to help support us in the difficult decision process, even as we looked at other facilities. He knew what we wanted in assisted living and offered flexible options for the apt which helped a lot. Thanks, Justin!
