My car had a brake line failure on the eve of my daughter's wedding rendering it un-driveable and was towed to FJ Chalke by the AA recovery vehicle.
From the time it arrived at F J Chalke (as an AA approved garage) I was kept fully informed of what was happening. They undertook a full review of the car, not just the brake line, and outlined what they recommended I have repaired without undue pressure.
Throughout the period of the repairs they kept me fully up-to-date with the repairs I approved.
F J Chalke acted very professionally and I was very happy with the repair and communications throughout.

the boys at FJ Chalke were unbelievably helpful. I organised through AA breakdown so I assumed there might be some logistical issues but everything went very smoothly and Angus over the phone was an absolute star. give the man a raise!!

The reception was okay, but we couldn’t do what we came for, and we still had to pay for the service due to the fact that they had spend some time trying to work on it, it was painful as we were expecting the issue to get resolved since it’s Nissan itself. Also it would have been okay if we were informed ahead that we would still pay for the work even if it can’t be resolved.
