10/10 Everything has been top tier with this company from my very 1st order. I received my items in a day (I do live in state so that maybe the difference). The customer service is very responsive and gives timely responses. They can create an online store and offer fundraising options for teams. Very happy I followed my colleague's suggestion

This is the second year I’ve worked with Gandy Ink. What a great experience. Always so helpful and prompt. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and able to help. I worked with Kaitlyn for two years and she’s amazing. We had a few issues with our shirts (my fault) and she was very supportive and quick to help resolve. I can’t thank her and Gandy Ink enough for such a wonderful experience.

I am an alumni member of my high school team and wanted them to have shirts for their regional meet but it was a bit last minute. The customization process was easy, they have a box where you can write what you want and they will customize. You can put the roster and attach any logos you want to change. I was able to call customer service and talk to Aubree, who was very helpful in assisting and answering any and all questions I had about ordering. I needed fast turn around shirts that would get here fast and gandy ink got back to me about approving art, changing names I misspelled, and customizing the design to my liking. They also called me to talk about delivery, payment and final approval of the product. I ordered the product Tuesday morning they got everything approved Tuesday afternoon and the shirts arrived Friday. Great place to get shirts from!

This was the absolute smoothest process I’ve ever had when leading a fundraiser at my school. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish! The products look FANTASTIC and I have gotten so many compliments from parents and staff! I will absolutely use this company again.
