Review in progress-I have paid 762.56 and two visit to my property. The ice maker in my suv-zero is still not working. I had an appointment yesterday. Waited hours, technician never showed. I called and was told by customer rep a supervisor would give me a call. I never received a call. Beware of this company and question the validity of the five star reviews it receives.

Waited hours only to have the technician not show. I have left several messages for the supervisor. Have not received a call back. Beware of this company.
