This is the third time I have used General Appliance Repair and I am very satisfied with the service. From appointment setting , follow up and personal.

Review in progress-I have paid 762.56 and two visit to my property. The ice maker in my suv-zero is still not working. I had an appointment yesterday. Waited hours, technician never showed. I called and was told by customer rep a supervisor would give me a call. I never received a call. Beware of this company and question the validity of the five star reviews it receives.

Review in progress. Technician has been to my property twice, paid $762.56 and the ice maker in my sub zero still does the work. I had an appointment yesterday. Waited hours only to have the technician not show. I have left several messages for the supervisor. Have not received a call back. Beware of this company.

The Technician Moriel was professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and doing the repair on our Microwave.
