Wow, I was so impressed by the Genomind test results. I highly recommend their report and will be getting my girlfriend to do this test as well.

Billing practices deceptive. Paid $399 and then received a text to confirm the $399, resulting in duplicate charge/payment. Refund request made at the end of March 2026 and have not received a credit as of 4/16/2026. Did receive a bill for another $200 although the test was already paid in full. Have called Genomind billing dept, messages left, and no response. Will dispute the charge with my credit card company and report the additional fraudulent charge of $200 to the state attorney general.
