Exceptional Experience. I had a great experience working with my agent Hank Bailey to find a property. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Always punctual and responsive, he made sure to answer any questions I had at any time. He was also incredibly respectful and supportive, offering honest and helpful advice every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.

Did an A job. Has in-depth market knowledge. Helps me as a buyer to bring down the price. Easy, super fast communication. Handle everything very professional. Take care of almost everything, I'm almost hands free. Has very easy going and nice personality. He even helped us recieve our delivered car, which is beyond his service.

Working with Hank Bailey was quite a pleasure. He sold us our home 14 years ago and has remained in touch several times a year. Two months ago he sold our home and has now guided us through purchasing a home in Del Webb at Chateau Elan. His attention to detail was superb. He was in constant contact with our lender and sellers agent all the while keeping us informed and always asking was there anything we needed.
