Kat has a wealth of knowledge and I have learnt so much about my body that I never knew. The best advice I was given was to see a womens health physio. I never knew how important looking after what you can't see is as important as what you can.

This programme is so well thought through, it goes from the basics up to the stuff we all love in a methodical way that teaches you how to utilise your new post partum physique. It got rid of all the aches and pains.
