Hands down the best pregnancy course I have done. I feel so much more knowledgeable and I feel safe training with my bump. I would 100% recommend this course along with the hatch training programmes.

Loved The gradual progressions, the focus and attention to pelvic floor and core, the modifications made an extremely enjoyable yet challenging 12 weeks. I’m sad it’s over as I genuinely loved and looked forward to the workouts

The best (and only!) investment I've made in myself in a long time! You do not need to be a pro athlete or crossfitter to enjoy this programme and reap it's benefits - for anyone interested in getting stronger and fitter again post partum, I highly recommend this. It starts slow and builds week on week to enable you to regain your confidence & strength - a big thank you Kat, I've loved every week and the structure/ routine you've enabled me to create in my workouts, again!

I had high expectations before my first session with Kat which were well and truly exceeded! Kat was able to take in a great deal of information about me in order to gain a holistic understanding of my needs. This approach informed the treatment I then received, which was so effective I felt an immediate improvement! Kat is great and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

Cant recommend the post partum program highly enough! I've found confidence completing exercise(s) after my c section. Love the variation and the gradual build up on intensity week to week in the workouts :)
