Don’t hesitate booking in to see Kat, you won’t regret it! Not only is Kat knowledgeable and passionate about improving women’s experience during pregnancy but shares that knowledge to build your confidence in your body and ability to change how things are. I started seeing Kat in the 3rd trimester of my second pregnancy at a point where Pelvic Girdle Pain was affecting daily mobility and walking significantly. She helped transform the last 8 weeks of pregnancy from possible bed rest to one where I was walking and exercising!
