I’ve seen a few physios for my pelvic floor and this was the most thorough examination done so professionally and also sensitivity so I left feeling positive despite finding out all my post-baby-body issues! I feel like I’ll be properly supported in rebuilding myself for the first time. I’m not particularly athletic and Kat was super understanding of that too and gave me advice to suit - you don’t have to be super fit and into HIT etc to get great advice and support - recommending her to my friend and looking forward to my next appointment :)

It made me feel more confident knowing I was following a programme safely tailored for pregnancy.I also could choose a workout depending on how I was feeling that day or if I was tired I made sure I did a MAP flow,it always made my body feel better!

By demonstrating WHY the body is capable of continuing to move but WHY certain movements should be limited/stopped as pregnancy progresses. I gained so much confidence to make decisions that were right for me and my body.
