I have wanted to become a pre and post natal coach for a while but have never found a course that has been accessible. With Hatch I was able to fit it into my life, learn each module in my own time with no pressure. The material was clear, concise.

A very scientific yet practical course. I especially valued learning about the physical and mental challenges women face during the pre and postnatal period, helping me better adjust training. More endurance running examples would be welcome.

I look forward to spreading the word and empowering other women feeling confident in how evidence based hatch is

This is a great workshop for pelvic health physios wanting more confidence adapting higher level exercises as well as PTs who are seeing a wider clientele and want confidence opening the conversation.

Absolutely! Today’s workshop was incredible for me both as an athlete and Gym Owner. I own a women’s only gym and love to have these conversations with my members. I think we need to have more of these available throughout the industry.
