I would give the Healand clinic more than 5 stars if I could. After waiting for almost 3 years for the NHS to help, and being virtually immobile and housebound. Dr Babar has performed a miracle. I've been for ozone injections, and even after the first treatment, I was able to walk out of the clinic without sticks and virtually pain free. Myself, my friends and family were all in tears to see me walking unaided.
I truly can't recommend Dr Babar and the clinic enough. All the lovely administration staff are delightful. So kind, friendly , chatty and bend over backwards to make your visit special. The clinic is immaculate, smells divine, and is such a welcoming environment. Dr Babar and team are truly amazing. I wish I'd found them years ago. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. It's fantastic and a true blessing to be treated there. Thank you so much.

I am a customer at Healland and i have always love their service and treatments are potent. However, yesterday 17/4/26 i did not like the way one of receptionist spoke to me this is the lady that has been there longer. Firstly, she did not explain the process in which refunds were made as a long standing customer I have the right to speak my opinion especially when not much information was explained about the refund purpose instead of just paying the difference on the day. This lady lacks proper customer service but she was never like that when I first started using your service. The clinician Meenu kumar was amazing, caring, kind and accommodating. She made sure that was comfortable at all times.

Finding the Healand clinic was like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!
After 3 years of pain, so debilitating, I was completely housebound for 18 months, my husband saw an article on the BBC about the clinic. I decided to contact them, and within a day, I'd got a reply for a free telephone consultation with Dr Babar. Dr Babar is absolutely delightful, he genuinely listened to my problems, and suggested several things that could help. I saw him just a week later, and oh my goodness , my life has changed completely. I went into the clinic barely able to walk, and using sticks, to walking out virtually pain free. Dr Babar, is caring, thoughtful, listens, talks through your history and solutions, and approaches it in a very calm, holistic way.
I felt completely at ease, he explained everything he was doing, and treated me with respect, dignity and genuine care and compassion.
The Healand clinic is absolutely outstanding in every possible way. From the welcome I received upon arrival from the very smiley and helpful young lady, to the moment I left. The staff in the reception and Dr Babar are absolutely wonderful. I am confident that I received the utmost care and will certainly be returning.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for bringing me, my husband and children to tears of happiness at seeing me walk without sticks.
