Would absolutely recommend HHB to anyone trying to sell a property; particularly those who have struggled on the open market or those with unique circumstances. Came across the company when searching for a ‘we buy any house’ style company and going through all the reviews for different companies. HHB stood out due to their upfront and honest valuations (subject to satisfactory searches/survey). Unfortunately, our property had a previously unknown issue which meant they couldn’t proceed with purchasing, however HHB spent a lot of time liaising with investors and eventually secured a sale. The whole process from start to contract exchange has taken less than 4 weeks! Dan has been incredible throughout the whole process, he has gone above and beyond and kept us updated at every step and we are so appreciative for all your help, knowledge, support and kindness. Would also like to thank Dax and Jonathan who have also been amazing throughout and also worked hard to get this outcome for us. Would recommend you guys to anyone!! Thanks again

The team at HHB tried to organise buying my property, but the deal fell through since the property was classed as unmortgageable and in very bad condition. However, HHB passed us to another department in their company who managed to find a development buyer for only slightly less than the original sale offer. We were very impressed with the hard work all the different parts of the company put into getting our house sold. Everyone was helpful and friendly and helped us enormously. Highly recommended.
