I made an initial enquiry about my property which was answered by Charles Sandle. He handled my questions in a very friendly and relaxed manner and I found him to be very easy to deal with. I had a very disappointing experience with Home House Buyers. The person I spoke to struggled for several minutes just to locate my property on Rightmove, which didn’t inspire much confidence from the outset. More concerning, the offer I received was bluntly capped at around 80% of the market value — with little explanation or justification. That level of undervaluation feels unreasonable and far from what most sellers would consider fair. Given this experience, I find it difficult to understand the consistently high ratings online. It does make you question how representative those reviews really are. Overall, not a service I would recommend based on my interaction.
