Attended the 4 week Family Nutrition & Lifestyle Makeover recently. So much valuable info and practical tips to start making changes right away! Margaret is really knowledgeable and I liked her approach of making small but continuous changes around each of the 4 pillars. It makes adopting a healthy lifestyle easier. Highly recommend her!

Myself and my 16 year old son attended a Zoom Family nutrition talk with Margaret from Balance My Life. The information was delivered in a very age appropriate way for my sugar-addicted teen. Margaret gave us some very valuable insights and tips on how to navigate the weekly shop with a healthier basket while still enjoying some treats. We also learned about other elements of health to include the importance of sleep, stress and exercise. Highly recommend and have now booked a full program with Balance My Life.

Since March 2020, due to Covid19, I (like many others) have been confined to working from home whichcan be stressful mentally and physically and I found myself been drawn to a comfort lifestyle, eating too much, not taking enough exercise.My work colleges also professed the same discomforts.I contacted Mags and booked two nutrition and lifestyle talks for my work team.One focussed on supporting the immune system and the other on supporting mental health.Mags knowledge and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle is infectious. We all now have a greater understandingof the benefits of looking after ourselves both mentally and physically. Thank you Mags
