I called to schedule an appointment and was greeted warmly and professionally. The service technicians were on-site the next day. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and affordably. Our HVAC systems have not been this proficient in ages! Highly recommend Air-O-Service if you have similar needs. Five stars!

I was having trouble with my hvac (wasn't cooling properly) and my friend recommended Air-O Service. I decided to try them out and right off the start it was an easy process. They got me in really quick to check it out. Dan and Julius showed up and they were so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Ended up getting a new hvac and didnt have to wait too long to get it installed. They got it done in a day, very happy with the crew that installed it. Thank you guys, definitely recommend. Also thank you Crystal, who works in the office, for being friendly and helpful.

The hottest day ever recorded in Redding, CA, 119 degrees on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and our A/C is now putting out hot air! I knew it would take a miracle, but I called Air-O- Service and they sent someone out the next day on Sunday. Julius was exceptional and had our A/C working again less than 24 hours after breakdown. Can't thank you enough for the prompt and efficient service.

Our central air conditioning went out on Friday afternoon, temperatures hitting 118. I started calling Saturday morning and no one could be out till Tuesday. I got ahold of Air-O and Thomas was out within an hour and was able to fix the unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Air-O is the best!! The technician (sorry I should know his name) has always been knowledgeable, punctual, very nice, and courteous. We have had other services out previously and not anywhere near as good. He knows his stuff! We are on a maintenance plan, and will never use any other air and heating service ever again. So glad we found Air-O Service!

The installers were on time and very professional, they worked hard, and were very clean. The access to the furnace was thru the ceiling in the master bedroom closet. They left no mess.

I had originally called another company out that was going to charge me over $700 for work, but then they couldn't get me back on the schedule to come out and do it. With these hot temperatures and it being 90° In my house, my friend recommended me calling Air-O. Rachel was super nice and helpful. She got me set up immediately and sent 2 guys out right away. Cody and Riley We're so nice, polite, and helpful. They discovered I didn't need all the work done that the other other company was claiming. Even if I did need all of the work done, it was still gonna be less expensive, then the other company. But they did a minor repair and was only here maybe 15 minutes. I am absolutely esthetic in their friendliness, promptness and they're honesty. I am forever their customer!!!
