I decided to give Refloor another try since they were running some great summer savings. The last time I used them it didn't go so well but I'm happy to say they have improved their customer service experience by leaps and bounds! They have made some significant improvements which showed. Mike was knowledgeable, listened well and truly cared to give me a better experience than the last time. My install has not taken place yet but I'm confident that this transaction will be much smoother. This is a company you want to work with!
