Sales rep over the phone said the appointment would take an hour. When the reps came out the hour is what they needed to get started. They rescheduled the appointment but I've decided if the company can't be honest about the appointment time and set good expectations from the get-go I cant trust them as a company for a multi-thousand dollar project

My experience with Refloor was excellent. Megan, my sales person, was very thorough in her explanation about the company, product, cost and installation process. She has an awesome personality and very genuine in her approach. The installation crew was professional and efficient. I can’t say enough about Mirko, the foreman on my installation. He explained everything to me regarding the install and answered my questions. I knew I was in good hands! My installation coordinator, Lauren communicated with me throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend Refloor!

My experience with Christi while getting my estimate was a 10 out of 10. She was very professional, understanding of my current situation and did not press me to schedule an appointment for work to be done. I informed her that I wanted to seal the deal but I had to get finances in order and I would be ready as soon as I got this done. Her knowledge of the products was impressive and her showing me what my choice would look like made me ready to get this much needed home improvement project done the next day. I could not have asked for better service than what she provided me with.

Mitchell came out and surveyed my apartment and measured and my apartment is cluttered in an insane amount of junk… He was patient and engaging…When it came to selling me the product he was thorough and cooperative in getting me to a good price for the best product…Unfortunately, I had you come out way before I was ready to proceed otherwise I would have signed up today…If you were to hold that price for when I am ready, I would seriously reconsider.
