Completely Satisfied!!! I can’t say enough good things about Refloor! My floors are absolutely beautiful . The way Refloor takes care of their customers from beginning to end is amazing. They assign you a Coordinator who makes sure you know exactly how your floor will be installed. They actually check on you during the whole process making sure your expectations are met. I had the most amazing Coordinator, John Steele. Not only was he a nice guy, he also had a great sense of humor. I looked forward to speaking with him every time he called. When he did the end of the project interview he made sure I was completely satisfied. He hadn’t been with the company very long but you wouldn’t even know it based on his knowledge and expertise. He truly will be a great asset to Refloor. I must also give praise to my installer, Fernando and the worker who came with him. He was so friendly and went above and beyond putting in my new flooring. I had explained to him that I needed to get the door to my pantry fixed so if he needed to move it out of his way I completely understood. He said no, it’s fine, looks like you just need to add a screw to this part. Would you believe he fixed my door for me! He didn’t have to do that. They did a wonderful job. I would HIGHLY recommend Refloor to anyone I know who wants flooring done right, the first time. The icing on the cake is the lifetime warranty Refloor offers. How many companies do that?! Not many stand by their product and service. Refloor definitely does percent!
