Joshua, the representative that come to the house was impeccable the best service I have ever gotten, from how he introduced his self, presented his self, very professional,how he took the time and explained everything in detail to us, he wasn't boring,had me sold before he got to that part.The flooring that you all sell is awesome. I do not like these floors at all. The color is my fault but the thresholds are terrible. They are a trip hazard for anyone that comes over. I thought the floor would settle in but no it hasn’t. Been 3 weeks and there are places that sound loose and a couple of places are soft. Took 2 days to finish, and handed me a clipboard to check things off because he was in a rush to leave. Now 3 weeks later I find things wrong. If I could afford to rip it up and replace it I Would!!
