The Refloor salesman sold me on some “commercial grade scratch-resistant” plank. Even though I’m pretty sure I paid for that, the plank they installed was very low quality. That salesman also claimed to have a professional opinion on my subfloor, which turned out to be wrong and cost me another $4K on top of the already overpriced bill. This company fleeced me and I would definitely never hire them again.

Bryan was awesome! He was helpful and talked us through every aspect of the flooring material and the process. He was very patient and it was a lot of fun talking with him! He established absolute confidence in ReFloor! We would welcome him into our home anytime in the future to talk about additional flooring. Thanks Bryan

They have called me nonstop for the last four weeks. I block their number every time but they keep calling from new numbers. The harassment is insane. Went with another company for my floors (who didn’t harass me) but they don’t seem to care. Maybe this review will finally cease the phone calls.

Eian was awesome! We've used Refloor to do two projects now! EIAN WAS AWESOME BOTH TIMES! ASK FOR EIAN!!!!! Customer service is amazing.
