Well the young fellow got we had great conversation about a lot of things! And I shared I lost my wife on november8th and I told him it’s been a struggle without her she made me laugh and I guess I made her laugh!! Then we got on track and he asked what I wanted out this project and I told I wanted that durable I wanted good material and he should of the warranty from other company’s and should me the difference in some the cheaper products and needless to I wasn’t impressed and he showed better material but not what want either then he showed me the good stuff and material was great then talked about their warranty and man the lifetime guarrentee and he explained that just because you great material it don’t mean if you don’t someone to install it properly the he showed me some colors I picked my color a light tan the he told free installation they had right! And he sowed way could save even more money! And then the price and then all the deductions he took off and I got a great price and I like the these installers they do one thing and is flooring! And I’m a firm the more you do something the better you get at it! I’m very pleased that I’m doing busnisess with this company ! They take the worry out of getting great material and hook that with installers and that’s a recipe for a great floor lifetime warranty and if you have an accident, they’ll place up to five boards in any room for free I think that’s pretty cool!
