I have been working with Michael for the last 6 month as an executive coach. Michael not only brings knowledge, strategy and results to our business, but more importantly he brings a personable approach. Our fortnightly catch ups throw up all sorts of conversations and I always leave the call with clarity, and feeling more motivated than when I joined. A true gentleman. To anyone looking for a Mentor or Business Coach, Michael comes with the highest of recommendation.

I did lots of research and met a few money grabbing 'so called' business advisors before I spoke to Michael.
My first meeting with him was all I needed to feel comfortable that he was definitely the person I could work with.
Since having him on board I have been able to make confident decisions and drive my business forward. He isnt pushy or overpowering he just shares his wealth of experience with you and makes suggestions based on his own past and proven practices.
We are still working through all the changes but it is obvious that Michael has been the best business move I have ever made.
He has now become my go to person when I need to talk business decisions through.
He hasnt just made money out of me and moved onto the next client he is always on the end of the phone/email when I need him.
If you want to grow your business Michael is the best investment you can make. Your extra profits will far out way his costs.

⚡️We have been working with Strategic Goal Management Consulting Ltd - Business Coach Norfolk for over 6 months, initially as our mentor as part of the help to grow program. Having seen and spoken to lots of business coaches in the past we were always sceptical about how much benefit many of them can actually bring to a company, often not having the credentials or experience to back up their claims and essentially just cost our business time and money. Michael was recommended to me by a friend. At that time, I wanted to grow my business but I didn't know how to do this in a controlled way. Before our first meeting I was unsure what Michael would be able to do to help me achieve this having never sought this kind of help before but I naively thought it would a coaching and guidance only based relationship.
