Placed order, £80, and received confirmation and despatch notification the same day. Was not able to track via yodel. Tried contacting Gimoka, unavailable by telephone and have failed to respond to three emails. They use a chain of three couriers all of whom have tried to help but still no response, no coffee, and £80 down.

The first consignment I recieved (100 capsules) all worked perfectly. The second consignment, again 100 capsules only this time I have thrown around 30% of the capsules in the bin as the front foil does not pierce so all it does is fill the drip tray. I use a Nespresso Pixi. Now changed coffee supplier.
Such a shame as the coffee is very good.
Not bothered contacting the company as they are well aware of the problem considering the amount of reviews starting the same thing.

Coffee never arrived! All attempts to communicate with the so called Company have been ignored. In essence my money has been stolen and I wouldn’t recommend using them.

Can’t review as 9 days after placing my order I haven’t even received any tracking information let alone my product! I have emailed via your contact us and got NO Response!! Not impressed Would not recommend.

I hated using the website, was not a smooth process, doesn't re-direct you to the next page, i ended up setting up an account 4 times as it kept telling me i have not put the captcha code in correctly (when i had). It kept telling me my mobile number was in-correct when it was correct, i could not move on. I eventually set up my address details in the account info page but nothing directing me to tell me to do this first. Not a good first time experience 😕
