The golf training program legit added 20 yards to my drive and eliminated my fussy back issues. Joey, Dawson, Kristen and the team are terrific coaches and know when to push harder. The group classes are a lot of fun with the other golfers, too. Highly recommend if you’re trying to take your game to the next level!

I had such a great experience at this boutique gym. Joey is an incredible trainer! He’s super personable, professional, and genuinely invested in the people he works with. Every session felt encouraging and tailored, not intimidating.
What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. It feels like family. You’re not just another member, you’re known, supported, and welcomed every time you walk in.
I can’t recommend this gym enough if you’re looking for a place that combines expert training with a warm, community feel.

I've been a member of IWO for years and one of the best additions has been the new massage therapist Jace. Jace describes his massage technique as "sports" massage, but it is so much more. Jace will begin by asking what your concerns or problem areas are and immediately gets to work. He was able to release my piriformis and the knots in my glutes and then moved to my calves and feet. He definitely has the velvet hammer touch - enough to release the problem areas but not painful. It is not a full body, relaxing massage. It is a targeted approach that compliments the training and workouts offered by IWO's personal trainers. I'm so grateful they added this service, I absolutely recommend IWO and Jace.

It's Working Out is the best thing I’ve done for my fitness in years. I've never been able to stick to a consistent workout routine until I started working with Audrey. She is amazing and so knowledgable I have learned so much from her. Audrey listens to what I need, and pushes me and helps me hit (and surpass) my goals (even goals I didn't even know I had). She's introduced me to new workouts I never would’ve touched on my own (like the SWEAT program) and I’m genuinely having fun working out for the first time in a long time. The entire staff at IWO is so supportive. I feel seen and empowered in my training, and I have Audrey to thank for that. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I had a 30 minutes sports massage w Jace. Before he began, he asked if there was anything particularly bothering me or that I'd want him to focus on. Jace took his time to be thorough on the areas I wanted focus. I'm sure he went beyond the 30 minutes to be certain I received what I had wanted.

We’ve had an incredible experience with It’s Working Out in Cincinnati. They have helped my son significantly strengthen his golf game, but what stands out most is the confidence he’s gained along the way. The environment is supportive, encouraging, and truly focused on the whole athlete. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I started training at It’s Working Out this past summer. IWO is a great place to train for all levels of golfers. After you go through your full 3D body scan and your TPI assessment, you jump right into your specific training plan to target different parts of the body that you might not be as flexible and strong. Kristen, Joey, Dawson, and the rest of the staff at IWO do a great job educating you about how your body can force and prevent you from swinging the club a certain way. In my first six months that I’ve been training with them, I have improved my flexibility, increased my ball speed by 3 mph on average, and now I have a better understanding of how to train my body right to feel well on and off the golf course. I’ve also learned the importance of daily stretching to prevent injuries down the road. I truly appreciate IWO for being the only TPI-specific gym in Cincinnati and the great work that they provide! If you want to become a better golfer, go check them out!

I’ve been working out here for at least a year and love it! It’s a top notch boutique gym. I found it when I was looking for personal training to improve my everyday functioning, following back surgery, and it’s been so helpful that I just keep going. Everyone I’ve interacted with has formal training, experience, and has been a joy to interact with. They have all the equipment we’d ever need, plus a 3D body scan to track my progress.
