IVX Health reviews

Today was my first appointment with IVX Health in Jackson, TN. I was greeted when I walked in and the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I have to come once a week and she was very flexible with scheduling my appointments. She offered me a variety of snacks and beverages before taking me back to the private small suite with two comfortable leather recliners and a nice television. I was offered a blanket and had a small bell button to hit if I needed anything. I couldn't believe how nice this place is. IVX has a modern & peaceful spa like atmosphere while your infusing and not a doc in the box vibe at all like other infusion clinics can be. The lady that did the infusion was very nice and informative when explained their process. When she started the IV I didn't even feel the needle. The IV was one and done. I didn't even notice I had been stuck before she was done. By far the best IV infusion start I've experienced. She ran my medication, asked me multiple times if I needed anything before she left the suite. I sat in a leather recliner in complete privacy, watching Dateline while I waited on my infusion to run. Best experience I've had in years of weekly infusions.
