Ivx folks, hi y'all, normally everything goes swimmingly . But this last visit , I'm left with feeling a little unsatisfied with it. And that's cuz my nurse attendant didn't introduce herself or ask me what my name was and wasn't interested in listening to anything or sharing any time or asking any questions she didn't really seem interested , seemed like she wanted to get in there , stick it in and get out. I was a little troubled by that. And she seemed put out that I asked to go to the bathroom . Thank you for your attention to matters of this sort. That's rather thoughtful of you. Everyone I have encountered there has been very professional. The rooms are very comfortable and private. My monthly visits just consist of an injection and I'm often out of there even before my appt time. They have everything already prepared for my visit. I totally recommend using them.

The staff are exceptional, knowledgable and highly skilled. All the staff: Alexa, Maureen, Remy, Maria, Tonia, and Damarys are very compassionate and calm, exhibiting pleasant bedside manners each and everytime without fail (and I have been a client well over 2 years receiving multiple treatments each month). In times of need, they have gone above and beyond whenever possible. Whilst treatments are no fun, the entire team somehow makes each trip an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this company and this specific site of this company for care. Thank you for most wonderful care.
