Using an alias for privacy purposes. I am very unhappy with the treatment I received here a few weeks ago. The nurse was nice but took a really long time to mix my medications,bad enough this was a 2 hour booked slot, yet the time was just piling on. I would say I was in the clinic for maybe 4 hours! Another thing, It was freezing and I was not offered a blanket, I was not offered water for my Tylenol either and had to get it myself. The care just seemed mediocre at best. I’ll be going back and to Paragon from now on as I’ve had better experiences with them in the past.
