I highly recommend IVX! The staff is so friendly and the facility is clean, spacious and updated nicely. The snacks were also a plus! I had the pleasure of working with Nurse Laura for my treatment and she is absolutely excellent! She is incredibly compassionate, patient, and eased my nerves during the time I was there. Highly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring.

A professional staff that throughly commits to making your visit is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Every step that is done will be explained to you and checking to make sure of birthdates and names match to the correct medicine. I am one that comes in at 9am and leave at 1:30. So I appreciate your service that has been provided for me .

As a once a month infusion patient I am very pleased with the Naples facility. The nurses are competent, efficient and most importantly, caring.

Everyone was really nice. The paint colors of the walls were very soft and warm. I felt very comfortable and it felt like being home.

Worst experience of my life. I spent two hours trying to get an IV line run in my arm for an Iron Infusion. They blew through at least 5 good veins in my right arm. They even used ultrasound and blew through those. I don't have bad veins in that arm but worried now I do. Never got my Infusion. Two hours of torture was enough for me.
