AMAZING customer service, they’re ready to help you with anything and everything. Very kind and helpful! I LOVE my 3 piece dress that I got from them. The quality of the fabric is nice and it’s true to sizing. Alhamdulillah I’m so happy with it. Shipping was fast and they really care about their customers. I was nervous about ordering clothes because my previous experience wasn’t too great. I would always get clothes that are see-through, or take forever to get here. But Jaela’s quality is great and so is the service and shipping!

I ordered a dress for Eid and supposed to come in 7 days, AFTER 6 DAYS I received an email saying they have refunded me and can't ship it since the shipping is pricier than the dress when it clearly says FREE shipping... why you making a free shipping then if you gonna do that???? I don't recommend Jaela to anyone. I hope no one experiences this.
