Horrible! Don’t use them. They work under different company names. They fixed one thing at a hefty price and broke something else so I would have to fix it. I think they are scam artists be very careful.

I had a great experience with Joes Doors Garage Compnay .. They were on time and very professional I needed a seal for my garage door which was not easy to replace since my garage door didn’t go all the way back but he quickly helped fix what was broken and made sure it was working perfectly before he left .
Price was also reasonable, it was exactly what they quoted me .

Joe and his crew did a wonderful job for replace my garage door top panel with impact glass windows. And Lubrication of all moving parts, check of the garage door's balance. Customer Service Lea who answered my phone and message patient and nicely. Omri even answered my phone on the weekend. Thank you for the great job!

Joe's Garage Doors did a garage door spring conversion.
I am very pleased with the work that they did - plus they were the were honest about what the problem was and what made sense to do.
There price was also excellent.

Work was done fine, but the first quote of a price was absolutely ridiculous. SprngsI know they’re paying $40-75 apiece for which I found the same exact ones, he wanted to charge me $690 just for two springs, which did not even include installation. Then he said I needed 2 Pulleys which he said were $240 for two of them, and found the same exact ones online for two for $40. I’m all for companies making some money, as that’s why they’re in business however, when you’re up-charging over 500% for parts it’s absolutely ridiculous!!!! Funny as he completed the job for $500 when at first he wanted $690 just for two springs!!
Then I called after he left as the garage door was not shutting all the way and texted the Office person who coordinated the appointment, and more than 24 hours later I’ve yet to hear from anyone. Would never do business with this
company again for that very reason and for the absurd Then to do the other Door my single side, they wanted $300 for the spring… After calling another company, I got an offer to do it for 150 bucks with the spring included and labor.
Do yourself a favor and get quotes from other companies.

Very high priced service !! The guy was here for 20 minutes and tried to up charged me for a new garage door opener which I know what the cost of them are , so I had him just repair the original one and he did one adjustment and charged $ 250 for 20 minutes ? Never again!!
