My goal was to sell my second home without any complications going through realtors attorneys, and I just want to sell it easily and without any complications, without distracting the forward progress in my life.After reviewing the postcards and offers from a lot of other investors, I didn’t feel comfortable with them. But when I reached out to Kendall partners, the staff made me feel like I was at home so I sold my house in three hours in fact, that was when Kendall came out to assess my home on the first visit,, I signed the contract right there on the spot because I believed and connected with everyone on your team. In fact, I mentioned that the team is so fun to work with. Could consider working for Kendall and join the team.I did a remote closing without even being there how cool is that? Plus I did it off my smart phone. documents were sent via FedEx and I shortly later I got a check. It was actually easier than buying a car. Thanks Kendall!!!

I wanted to sell my home, and I wanted to sell it "As Is" because like many people out there today, due to the Pandemic, my finances were not what they used to be. I could no longer afford my house payment, and since my children had moved out, I really did not need such a big place. I went online and saw some ads for companies that "Paid Cash For Houses As Is". I called Kendal Partners first and was very impressed with their professionalism! I also like the fact that they are a " Family Owned" business. I made an appointment with them to come out and talk with me. They were great! They were on time and they took the time to answer all my questions. Yes, I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, I was thinking "are they for real?" I can tell you now, not only are they for real, They went above and beyond my expectations!!!!
I did have another company come out and give me a quote just to be on the safe side. Their Quote on what they would offer me for my home was a few Thousand dollars Less than what Kendall Partners, Ltd had offered me.
The entire process was fantastic. I had some problems with my move, and Kendall Partners went out of their way to accommodate me. I was behind in my packing and they brought the closing papers to me!! They gave me extra time to get moved out and did not charge me extra. I told them how much I appreciated them being so kind and understanding. They said since they are a family owned business, they realize that sometimes unexpected circumstances occur. They gave me the exact amount of money they had quoted, no hidden fees. They paid All The Closing Costs!! My mortgage was paid off, property taxes from last year and half of this year were deducted. They also have an attorney that you can use to represent you. He only charges $300.00. I called around to find an attorney, and nobody would do it for less than $800.00!!!!
If you want to sell your home fast and easy, "as Is" and even leave stuff in the home, Kendall Partners Ltd is the one for you!!! They are professional, caring, considerate, and definitely go the extra mile!!! I am so glad that I chose them, I could not have made a better decision. I would call them again if I ever wanted to sell a house again. 5 Star Review from start to finish!!!!!! Exceptional Service!!!!!!!!!

When in the market for a buyer of my late Mother's home I google searched those with good credentials. The companies I met with did not compare with my experience dealing with Kendall Partners. Not only was their offer a great one, but Justin Buck made everything needed to complete the transaction effortless. Whether it was phone calls, emails, or texts he was there to get the sale done in a timely fashion.
Everyone at Kendall Partners that I had dealings with are a great asset to the company. They were all businesslike yet pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Kendall Partners.
