I wanted to sell my home, and I wanted to sell it "As Is" because like many people out there today, due to the Pandemic, my finances were not what they used to be. I made an appointment with them to come out and talk with me. They were great! They were on time and they took the time to answer all my questions. Yes, I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, I was thinking "are they for real?" I can tell you now, not only are they for real, They went above and beyond my expectations!!!!
I did have another company come out and give me a quote just to be on the safe side. Their Quote on what they would offer me for my home was a few Thousand dollars Less than what Kendall Partners, Ltd had offered me.
The entire process was fantastic. I had some problems with my move, and Kendall Partners went out of their way to accommodate me. I was behind in my packing and they brought the closing papers to me!! They gave me extra time to get moved out and did not charge me extra. I told them how much I appreciated them being so kind and understanding. They said since they are a family owned business, they realize that sometimes unexpected circumstances occur. They gave me the exact amount of money they had quoted, no hidden fees. They paid All The Closing Costs!! My mortgage was paid off, property taxes from last year and half of this year were deducted. They also have an attorney that you can use to represent you. He only charges $300.00. I called around to find an attorney, and nobody would do it for less than $800.00!!!!
If you want to sell your home fast and easy, "as Is" and even leave stuff in the home, Kendall Partners Ltd is the one for you!!! They are professional, caring, considerate, and definitely go the extra mile!!! I am so glad that I chose them, I could not have made a better decision.
