We had a great experience with our two littles from the airport to hotel in NYC. We even had to change the car seat after the booking bc I wasn’t thinking clearly and it was updated no problem. Communication was fantastic and our driver Nelson was professional and punctual. Thank you so much!

The booking system isnt super friendly, but works ; the driver showed up fine, though I paid for the "meet and greet" and the driver picked me curbside.
The ride was good. But then I received a message from the driver that the company didn't pay him ; and he followed up with multiple messages.
I paid for a car service, not to get someone chasing me for money.
Won't use again.

I found Kidmoto when searching for a car service that provided toddler car seats. They were literally the only provider in my market (I was actually shocked uber/lyft don’t consistently have this option). I was anxious because I couldn’t find much info on Kidmoto - and that’s why I’m writing a detailed review.
Overall excellent experience.
Same basic business model as uber where you schedule, book, and pay via Kidmoto, who assigns you a driver for the ride. Then they send you the driver’s contact info a few hours before your pickup - and from there we texted back and forth with the driver to coordinate (e.g., when we landed and what door to meet at).
Our driver was awesome - we’re in Pittsburgh market and Ali took us to and from airport. He was easy to coordinate with, showed up in an Escalade, which was immaculate, and he was a great driver. It really couldn’t have gone better
Booking with Kidmoto was pretty easy too - more or less the same as reserving a future ride via uber/lyft, or booking car service back in the day. For what it’s worth the UX itself kinda sucks and the app is worthless. Honestly that would’ve been enough to point me to a competitive system if there were one… but in the end the bad UX didn’t stop me from booking and having a successful ride, it just made planning and reviewing my reservation a little annoying.
Anyway, I hope this helps someone. I couldn’t find many honest sounding reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect from Kidmoto… but in the end it all worked great. I’d imagine experience varies driver by driver, but in my experience with one driver across two rides, it was great.

Excellent service. Our driver Nelson made sure to make the pickup as convenient as possible. He was courteous, drove smoothly and safely. The car seat was solid and the straps were ready, my 7 month old was in it in seconds and asleep in minutes.

We had such a good experience with Kidmoto ! The service was completely seamless- our driver arrived early, was very responsive, and gave our kids little animal figurines when they got in the car. I will be using them again and would recommend Kidmoto to anyone looking to make traveling with small kids less hectic.

I was traveling alone with 3 kids under 5 to Boston and having a car pick me up at the airport with car seats and an amazing driver who loaded and unloaded everything was the best money I spent on my trip! It was so convenient and saved me from juggling my kids and luggage through public transportation late at night. Our flight was delayed and kidmoto even updated me to let me know the pick up time would be adjusted and not to worry before I texted my driver to let them know. Great communication, professional service, and so worth the money!
