We have never used Kidmoto but when traveling to Seattle recently, we didn't want the hassle of traveling with 2 car seats. I will 100% use them again! They have been great with updates and constant emails and texts to connect you with your driver. Our 1st driver Anna was great and met us at baggage claim with a sign with our name and was really nice and helpful. For the return leg of our trip, I had forgotten to book their services and when I reached out, it was less than 24 hrs from the flight so the app wouldn't allow me to book. When I emailed them, they told me promptly what to do and in a few hrs, they had found me a driver! Alex was also great! He came early but didn't rush us and helped us load up etc. I 100% recommend them to anyone with kiddos!

Do not trust this service. I booked a car ride, and they made multiple mistakes with the timing in the confirmation email, so I canceled the ride. But they have retained my payment information and will not delete it. To date, I have written 5 emails and explained it is illegal to retain credit card information without authorization. NO RESPONSE- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great customer service! I had to change my booking several times and the kidmoto staff responded to emails so quickly and changed my booking with no problem. The day of pick up went super smooth- communication was great. Nelson, the founder, was our driver. It shows how involved he is in the company and that is so nice to see. He was so personable and great to talk too. I will definitely be using Kidmoto for all my airport travel needs. Thank you Kidmoto!
