Terrible order processing times. Advertised as 1-2 days ends up being whenever they get around to it apparently. After waiting more than 4 days for it to even process I sent an email asking to cancel so I can order from somewhere else and was told that I'd be charged a 10% restocking fee because the items were at their warehouse and would "ship in the next few days". Terrible

Been there a few times. It's a gun place, even to walk around and look. One day I took my AR to the range. Hadn't used it in awhile and ran into some issues. A small part was broken on the extractor and the young man working their got went and got me the part, he didn't just tell me where to get it. Went above and beyond.
