I was interested in purchasing a high-end 2011. None of the sales people had a lot of information that I needed and they suggested that I speak to Caleb. After leaving two messages and Caleb not getting back to me I called the manufacturer. They answered my questions. I moved forward with the purchase on 4/22. There was a one day delay on getting the updated FFL to where I wanted it shipped. However, they didn't ship the gun until the 27 and it wasn't picked up by FedEx until the 28th. I'm sure I'll love the 2011 but reading the other reviews I thought I would get better customer service than this.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They just ignore emails and phone calls. It’s been over 12 days since I placed an order and there has been zero communication or updates.

I give this zero stars I ordered four Moultrie cameras back on March 1 it has been over 30 days and I still have not received my product but yet my money has been taken for these products that I have not received in 30 days. The company tells me to be patient. It’s on the way when before next deer season.
