Had a fast and smooth experience with KYGUNCO and I am a happy first customer. Will be ordering from them again if the deal presents itself again, like it did for a Memorial Day First Responder sale on the Echelon 4.0C Comp, which is such an upgrade from my old G19 I love it! I highly recommend these folks as they know how to do business right. Coming from KY to ID was a breeze.

I’ve spent over $10,000 with this company in the last five or six years. I made a purchase on April 1 of a suppressor, which was disapproved due to a delay. I paid extra, got refingerprinted, and submitted the appeal in as I was told to do by KYGUNCO. That was almost a month ago now. I’ve called multiple times in the last week to try to get an update. Every person I’ve spoken with said “a different lady is handling your case and I will give you a call back after I speak with her”. I have received ZERO calls back. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Thank you so much KYGUNCO! I’m a longtime, hunter, shooter, and gun enthusiast. I had been looking for a specific firearm for a few weeks and found it online, on te KYGUNCO website. I was skeptical with an online order because I had never done it and driving to the location was not going to work out with my schedule. The folks at KYGUNCO made the transaction super easy. They were very professional about the entire process and treated me like I was family. The gun actually arrived 2 days early and the whole transaction was seamless. Because of this experience, KYGUNCO is one of the first places I’ll check before I buy. Thank you so much KYGUNCO for making the process so smooth and for the professional and personal interaction. I was there at KY Powersports to have my 4-wheeler maintenance, but spent a great deal of time in the KY Gun Co section of the building. Lots to see if you like guns, ammo, knives, gear, etc... Highly recommend you visit!
