Ordered online, ready to pick up the next day. It was a busy Saturday, but they have things streamlined and was waited on very quickly. If you have other items to shop for, do it first, then get/pick up your firearm. (Your firearm purchase, must be walked up to checkout with a sales associate) Great store! They have a Louisville (east end) store as well, that just re-opened.

I ordered a GX4 XL TORO with a Viridian RFX711 on November 10th, based on the information on the website. Shipping and delivery to my FFL were excellent. When I received the order, November 14th I realized the red dot was missing. I immediately contacted customer service, and they told me they would contact the shipping dept. to send me the missing red dot. Today, December 5th, I called again and I was told they will coordinate with the shipping dept. Same story as before, hopefully this time they make it right.

Their patience is a little to be desired, I was going to buy a USED gun for over 8 or 9 hundred, but if they don't want to waste their time, I won't waste my money.

Went out here from Georgetown on the advice of a close friend and was not disappointed. Made a purchase online for a spectacular Black Friday deal. This was not my first firearm but was my first store purchase and I was taken through the process with care from start to finish and was out fast, even at noon on Black Friday. Recommend to anyone.

I Ordered from KyGunCo because it was lowest priced and "in stock". Payment went through within 10 minutes of my purchase in which time, My bank required my verification of payment to this place as it was considered a risky internet purchase. Then, KYGun required my driver license for archery purchase. I began to get that bad feeling about this purchase. Although the ladies at customer service were excellent, polite, and helpful; I don't feel like a valued customer. I feel that I was forgotten after payment received. Zero communication unless I stayed on hold long enough to speak with a representative. Great music while on hold, great people that explained that after 2 weeks of my payment, they had just received my order from the "distributor". I thought that I had purchased from "distributor". I don't understand what role KYGUNCo played in my purchase. If this place is an on-line broker or 3rd party advocate; I would like it explained. I was concerned of being scammed from the time of purchase until product arrival. Very satisfied with product, but am scared of this place.

Monday 11/24 they up the prices so you feel like you get a deal. Not a very good business for tring to make you feel like you get a deal when all it is all ready marked up. Holidays, lets trick the little people. Vital x 430 $397.41 sunday. Vital x 430 $599.99 monday. Load of crap. Every where is just waiting to scam the next.
