I bought a B&T spc9 from the Louisville location and Tim took care of me and I will continue to purchase my firearms from kygunco because of the product knowledge and great customer service. I think Tim runs that location . Very happy customer.

I deleted my previous 5 star review. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Their range and the guys at the range are always top notch. But I stood there for 15 minutes on a Thursday afternoon when there was no one there to purchase a pistol and the staff couldn't be bothered to help me while they chatted away with their friends. Then I tried to call the place and no one ever picked up the phone. I was a big fan of the place but why would I continue to give them any money when clearly they don't care enough to take it.

I visited here multiple times. Always a good selection and always good service in this case. I was at the Kentucky elk fest and I had ordered a firearm. I was afraid that it was going to be swamped and I would never get taken care of. But I walked up to the counter, pulled a number. They called my number and gave me great service
