I made my second visit to this location on Saturday to pick up a gun that I had put in layaway when I was there a little over a month ago buying another gun. We were in the store for about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, and in that time someone vandalized and stole a part off of my vehicle. I went in and spoke with the manager and she was supposed to relay my information to the manager. That is just under the owner today. So that they could review the security footage since she didn’t have access to it on Saturday. It is now almost 6:30 PM on Monday night. I have not heard a word from anyone at the Bardstown location so I am going to assume that they did not review. The video footage from the parking lot because they just don’t care. I will be finding a different store to make my future purchases from. Because I am not gonna risk having my vehicle vandalized a second time and things stolen off of it while I’m at their store. I have already paid to replace the part that was stolen out of my own pocket Because I have no way of identifying who it was that stole the item off of my vehicle. So thank you to the management of the store for your lack of customer service and lack of care Your customers in general. As I said earlier, I will be finding another store. I have no problem driving to get what I want since I’ve already drove to your location twice which is over two hours from where I live. I’ll just drive a little farther next time.
