I’ve only been working with Lacey for a few weeks now and already I’ve gained more confidence in myself than I could have ever done alone. I was diagnosed with colonic inertia last year and had to have surgery to have my colon removed. I was in the gym everyday before my surgery and had made so much progress. During surgery there were complications and I ended up in the hospital for 12 days. In those 12 days, I lost 20lbs of muscle, weight and everything I’d worked for. I felt so defeated, on top of learning to adjust to my new body. I’ve watched Lacey’s story, her come back, her determination, her success and what she’s built all while beating colon cancer and it has inspired me so much. She gave me hope. She made me feel that anything can be done. Before working with her, I’ve only ever heard amazing things about her, I’ve seen some of her athletes transformations and it’s all been amazing to see, watch and get to know her. I am so excited to see where this next year brings me with her. She’s not only an amazing coach, she truly believes in each and every person she coaches and that is a rare find.
