Extremely Disappointing – Waste of Time and MoneyWorked with Lead Latchers for 3 weeks and experienced the following: • Landing page was low-quality: pixelated images, generic copy, no understanding of my business. • Ad creatives were lazy and unprofessional—one even used a coffin in a final expense ad. • Sales rep was vague—after signing, surprise charges kept showing up ($45/month, then $90, then $500 for an account manager). • Communication was painfully slow (24–48 hrs response time). • No consultation on target audience or strategy. • After 3 weeks: zero leads, low traffic, and shifting excuses about performance. • Now they refuse to refund my initial payment despite the failed delivery.

The system provides you with all the tools you need to succeed, but you really need to take the time to learn it inside and out. If you’re not willing to invest the time, it might not be the best fit for you.

Had a slow start because my Facebook page was brand new, but once I got the account set up, everything ran smoothly. Just make sure you have everything in place beforehand, and you’ll be good to go.

The CRM took me a little while to get the hang of, especially since I'm not very tech-savvy. Thankfully, the support team, especially Sarah, was incredibly patient and walked me through everything. For the cost, I'd say it's definitely worth trying if you're willing to put in some time.

I was in a hurry to get started. The onboarding process was very smooth with minor technical issues. I contacted the Customer Support Line and explained my difficulties. I was reconnected back to the young lady who provided me with my onboarding. Words cannot express the level of service I received from her. I am now off and running! I was skeptical at first, but the AI feature has completely changed how we handle incoming leads. It's like having an extra set of hands, qualifying prospects automatically. Sure, it took a bit for Facebook to optimize, but now it's all smooth sailing.

Support is solid. There is a lot included so it was overwhelming but I just picked what I needed out of it. Definitely stressful if support was not there but overall a good experience.
