I cannot say enough good things about how great the experience was with Lendsimpli. The entire team is professional, knowledgable, and attune to the sophisticated needs of investors. Our first refinance in December went so well that we just did 2 more deals with them. There is no doubt where we will go the next time we need to purchase or refinance investment property!
