I was honestly pretty nervous starting out, especially with everyone talking about how brutal the exam is. Lexawise really gave me the structure I needed to get my head around everything, and when I finally sat for it, I actually passed it on the first go.

I don't usually write reviews but Lexawise made a real difference when prepping for my Florida Sales associate exam. I feel like it's actually built around how people study and retain information, not just a dump of practice questions. Between the ebook, math guide, flashcards, and simulated exams, there's something for every kind of learner. I passed on my first attempt and would recommend it to anyone prepping for their real estate exam. My advice is to mark for review every flashcard you fail to remember or every question you get wrong and then study it later.
