It took us a long time to decide which loft company to chose having had previously bad experiences with builders. As soon as we met Jack we felt reassured as he spent the time to talk us through the process and advise. We are SO happy we decided to go with Loft Craft our builder Mitch was AMAZING. A perfectionist, reliable, neat and thoughtful. He advised us on so many little details, that being new to this, we would never have considered. Mitch was always a pleasure to have in our house and was always very respectful of our house and our neighbours. The price didn’t come up as the cheapest quote but we didn’t have any hidden extras and the standard of their work and stressfree nature of the project makes it worth every penny. We would 100% recommended loft craft and the team to anyone.

This company is a rip off I ordered a wardrobe last week and they sent me wrong doors and now they are ignoring me and won’t swap them. Watch out for this company

We recently used Loftcraft for our kitchen side return and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Our Project Manager Hugh answered all our (many!) questions calmly and intelligently and was always on hand to help with any issues on site.
The building team, led by Gabi, were unbelievably hardworking. We couldn’t believe how quickly the main building work was done and they were able to work around problems without any fuss. Danny, who worked on snagging at the end, worked tirelessly to get it all finished in time.
We would highly recommend Loftcraft and are so happy with our new kitchen!

I cannot recommend the whole team at Loftcraft enough. We have a very low ceilinged early Victorian cottage but had a clear idea of what might be possible to create a usable space - Hugh and Gjulio understood what we were trying to achieve from the outset which made a big difference as it was a difficult space. We are thrilled with the results - the quality of the finished build is fantastic and the communication was excellent- nothing was too much trouble and the whole team was really responsive when we had questions. The whole team were also a pleasure to have in our home and were very respectful and considerate. They finished bang on schedule too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for another project and to recommend them to anyone.

We have just finished a side return extension and kitchen rennovation with Loft Craft. We are delighted with how the project went and with the finished article. From the first time which I spoke to Hugh he was helpful, proactive and able to communicate technical issues clearly to me. Mirek, Chris and team who were on site worked efficiently and were always forthcoming with ideas whenever challenges arose. They worked to the timelines we discussed at the beginning of the build and held our hands every step of the way. They supported us through all discussions with neighbours and other parties involved. I feel lucky to have chosen to do this project with Loft Craft and would pick them again without a second thought. I have already recommended them to other friends who are doing extensions and will continue to do so.

We had our roof space converted by Loftcraft into a 1 bedroom and bathroom suite in Brixton, London in November 2023. The affable Hugh Milway oversaw the project meticulously from start to finish from Loftcraft, and he was ably aided by his sub-contractors Krzysztof and Mirek, who were always pleasant to deal with, communicative and understanding of our needs. Architectural plans were drawn up by their architect Stella and engineers Matt and they dealt with all the planning applications and building regulations with the council. They were an effective one-stop-shop. Thank you.

Jack, Mirek, Michael and all the team at Loftcraft provided an outstanding service for our loft conversion May - June 2024. The whole process took 5months from architects drawings to handing back the keys with the building works taking 10weeks total (8 weeks of which we had to move out of the property). The team were efficient and polite, helping us move around heavy furniture and seal up areas of the property we wanted protected throughout the works. The finished article was completed to the exact design & requirements we specified and I would highly recommend them for building works to friends & family.
Mirek & Michael worked hard to produce a good quality finish and Jack managed the whole process throughout keeping us up to date on budget & programme whilst stepping in at all hours when we had any queries. Thanks guys. J&E

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Having had decades of experience of dealing with building work done in London, it is always a rare find to get quality work done in a timely fashion for a reasonable cost. With LoftCraft every aspect was superb - project management, planning, construction, scaffolding, electric work, plumbing etc. Every subcontractor they used was very hard working and competent.
I must admit that I was responsible for scope creep, adding to the job as the project progressed, however without grumble the team accommodated the moving goal posts. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the team, and the pictures speak for themselves. My PM, Hugh, was highly invested in the project and was always available to offer solutions whenever setbacks occurred.
The converted loft is now the most comfortable room in the house - i only wish they had built the rest of it in the first place.

Jack and the team at Loftcraft have just completed a loft extension for us. We are thrilled with the new space and really couldn't have wished for a better team to do the job. From the moment we got the initial quote, Jack was efficient, professional and friendly and he responded quickly to any questions or queries that we had. The build team was led by Mirek and Kris who were absolutely brilliant. We lived in the space while the loft was being built and they were always friendly and considerate of our space. The timeline was impressive and the standard to which the work has been done is fantastic. Highly recommend everyone!

We worked with Jack and the Loftcraft team on a two bedroom, one bathroom loft conversion last year (inc reroof). We had a number of time critical issues which made the project extra pressing. We not only had a badly leaking roof, but we were expecting our second baby (and were planning a home birth…). The whole project was completed within five months from tendering, appointing Loftcraft, build and sign off and we’re delighted with the results.
Our onsite build team was led by Chris and Mirek. They worked at a fantastic pace, to a high standard, and we were so pleased with their work that we asked them to carry out a number of additional bits as the build progressed too. They were flexible and happy to work with other tradesmen that we appointed, eg sharing scaffolding for external brickwork and stepped in to help out with an emergency decorating job with 24 hours notice when someone we had chosen let us down badly. They were also especially considerate when we moved back in half way through with our 3 year old, whilst I was 8 months pregnant. Making it as easy as possible as it could be to live in the rest of the house while building work was completed. Since the build has completed everyone has also been really flexible and responsive if any small snags have arisen.
