Dysfunctional management, favoritism, and exploitative work cultureI worked at Metromax as an intern and later observed the full-time environment closely. The organization suffers from deep-rooted management and HR issues that significantly impact employees at all levels.Interns are often promised full-time conversion after 6 months, but this is rarely honored transparently. Even when converted, compensation is below expectations and not aligned with workload.Work culture is heavily exploitative. Employees are routinely expected to work beyond standard hours and even on weekends, without any clear compensation policy or comp-off structure. HR does not communicate policies clearly, and basic things like leave policies, benefits, or expectations are never properly explained.Favoritism is very evident.
