Well before I discovered Millers Bio Farm, I had switched to raw goat and sheep milk cheeses many years ago , but found at some point, I started getting similar phlegm reactions as I’d gotten from regular pasteurized dairy products and finally had also given up the raw goat and sheep cheeses I bought elsewhere , so the past couple years I’ve been almost dairy free. I decided to try the Bio Farms raw goat milk , slowly , per their advice, and noticed I didn’t get the phlegm reactions, plus how I missed the taste of milk. No nut or grain milk is as healthy and satisfying as the real deal raw!
