I shared my concerns with Beauty Assistant Joyce, expressing my desire to reduce body fat in preparation for wearing a tight-fitting wedding attire. Based on her recommendation, I proceeded with the $6,000 package after she assured me that I would see some fat loss by the end of the sessions.However, upon completing the package, I did not experience any noticeable results, which left me feeling extremely disappointed. I believe it is important for your sales team to set realistic expectations and avoid making promises that cannot be fulfilled. I regret spending over $6,000 without achieving the expected outcome, and I hope your team takes this feedback into consideration to improve customer satisfaction.

To management I will like to highlight as customer service was very rude when try to have an appointment to do Q switch laser, before taking any sessions course, on phone call or WhatsApp in outlet JEM Mode aesthetic this is was the customer service treating customer? Who will dare to go treatment at outlet JEM Mode Aesthetic?

Visited Lush for teeth whitening. Noticed an immediate difference, staff were also all very friendly and patient in explaining the procedure. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a teeth whitening clinic that is clean, professional and have great customer service.

Ms Genie, is a good natured person. She tends to be friendly and cheerful and she is professional in the work she do. She helps me in any way she can so my treatments would be smooth and efficient. Lush aesthetics has help me a lot to make my skin better, and they have been upto date to the latest skin treatments in the market to be able to compete with other existing companies. I always have a very good experience with Lush thanks to Ms Genie for that.

Visited Lush Aesthetics @ Centrepoint for fat freezing treatment. I can see results after the treatment. I have also signed up for SHR. The staff there are very friendly especially Florence, who is my Aesthetic Advisor. She is a good consultant who knows what a customer needs. In Lush, the staff build rapport with the customers to make them feel at ease and assured.

Annie has taken good care of me since my very first visit! It's only been two sessions but have seen great results with my Super Hair Removal. Would recommend Lush if you're looking for a clean and professional beauty salon.
