I appreciated the communication this company had, although the extra charges for items that were listed as included were inconvenient. The cleaning was very subpar. After a “deep cleaning” there was still very visible dust immediately upon entering the house, and it didn’t look like the floors had been touched. The bathroom cleaning product was not washed off and very damaging to the drain.

They are expensive and inflexible. I have a small 1-bedroom condo. After several cleanings, I noted the cleaning pro stayed approximately 30 minutes per visit. I brought it to management’s attention and asked to reevaluate my fee. After some corporate commentary as to why they can’t be flexible on their pricing, I found a cleaning team who would clean for much less. If you have a sizeable residence (3 bedrooms) their fee structure makes sense. Otherwise, pass.

I highly recommend My Cleaning Angel. Bruno was extremely helpful with helping set up the services and appointment. I like that he was readily available on Saturday for anh questions via text and email. Kelly, my cleaner, was punctual and took care of the areas that needed cleaning. She even made the bed and washed some dishes I had forgotten in the sink. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use their service again.
